SELL Hobby vineyard estate of 3,5 ha (IGP Périgord)

Located 30 minutes from Libourne, the Domaine de Carsac de Gurson is a hobby vineyard estate. Composed of 1.6 ha of vines, it produces mainly a red wine IGP Périgord on clay-limestone soils. A white IGP du Périgord and a rosé IGP du Périgord complete the range. 

The current owner has been able to enhance the expression of his terroir by choosing to work in sustainable agriculture. After fifteen years, the wine is gaining in precision and expression. A promising future awaits.

The estate has all the necessary infrastructures for working the vines and making the wines: two independent cellars (vat room, barrel ageing, labelling and storage) equipped with thermo-regulation.

A magnificent stone house of 400m² is located on the estate and could be used for any wine tourism activity. Not forgetting a 14th century building housing a tasting/reception room and a 140m² caretaker's or friend's house adjoining it.

The environment is ideal for this. Perfectly located (35mn from Libourne TGV station, 20mn from Saint-Emilion and 1h from Bordeaux Airport), the estate is accessible by all means of transport.
The pretty village of Carsac-de-Gurson has just a couple of hundred inhabitants and is set in quiet and calm countryside.  There is leisure lake within walking distance and the larger market town of Montpon with all amenities is just 15 minutes away.
