8 ha organic vineyard estate including 5 ha of AOP Cairanne and 1 ha of AOP Rasteau

Certified organic since 2013, this 8 ha wine-growing estate is spread over two communes in several plots of varying terroirs. The wide selection of soil types enables specific vinifications to be made for each terroir and the estate offers a range of 7 AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages, Cru Cairanne and Cru Rasteau vintages.

The main vineyard plot surrounds the residential and farm buildings. The residential buildings date from the end of the 19th century and comprise a 100m² house, renovated in the past10 years, and a 32m² rental flat.

The winerybuildings comprise a fully equipped air-conditionned winery, barrel ageing cellar, wine shop and storage facilities. The 32m² offices could be incoporated into the residential buildings.

The vineyard is made up of 9 grape varieties, with the majority being Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. 56% of the vines are over 30 years old.
