Located in northern Washington, it is a former apple orchard. This property has been selected by Pr Boubals of Agronomic School of Montpellier(France) for a future vineyard. It was used for agronomic research.
Older house and cabins are still on the property.
It is situated 15 miles south of Chateau Larose in Okanagan Valley, on the US side.
