This is an investment opportunity in one of the most recognised Bordeaux appellations, with a rational working tool allowing for economies of scale (over 20 hectares).

The property consists of two blocks, one of which is located on a very gravelly terroir, around the technical buildings, as illustrated on the Van Leewen map. 

The company also holds rural leases that allow it to exploit more than 5 hectares in Champagne, including 1.17 ha in Grand Cru on the Côte des Blancs.
