The 15 hectares of carefully tended and manicured land, certified organic since 2012, surround the large, restored, fully-furnished manor house, with adjoining outbuildings, a large chai/ageing cellar and swimming pool.

The traditional Gascon-style chai includes a central air-conditioned area and could provide space for tastings and a variety of other activities during the rest of the year.
