A border vineyard between Malepere and Languedoc, at the crossroads of Mediterranean heat and Atlantic freshness. It is located on a clay-limestone gravel plateau from which the Pyrenees stand out. It offers an ideal location, close to the highway.

14.7 hectares of fine, structured and supple wines come from the Cru de l'AOP Malepere (controlled designation of origin) benefiting from a drip irrigation system. Several times awarded at the general agricultural competition and for IGP OC varietal wines. These wines come from qualitative vines with low yields, with the organic designation*FR-BIO-01 since 2001. The white, red and pink wines produced on site for more than 30 years are put up for sale in the tasting cellar on the domain.

The property totals 47.14 hectares, including 31.5 hectares of cultivable and irrigable land with Basic Payment Rights (DPB) and 0.8 hectares of coppiced wood. The difference being the vine surface.

The farm has a fitted and equipped wine cellar, a welcoming 70 m² sales cellar and a 35 m² sales store, complete with a made-to-measure vinotheque in blond oak. Finally, the building has a fitted 70 m² office and a 35 m² storage room.

The estate is ideally configured for events, it lends itself to group gatherings, days in the vineyards as well as evenings combining food and wine. The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
