Quatuor Vignobles is the vineyard department of Quatuor Transactions, estate agency leader in farms transactions in France. Present since 2008 on Cognac vineyard where we supported many sellers and purchasers in their projects; we decided to collaborate with VINEA TRANSACTION to bring our competences to wine growers of Loire Valley and Bordeaux.

Each of our negotiators is specialized on the vineyard, which enables him to know perfectly specificities of each area and thus to advise you and efficiently support you in all steps of transaction.

Guarantees of an estate agency

As real-estate agents affiliated to the FNAIM, we bring all legal and financial guarantees allowing us to secure your transaction (prefectoral agreement, professional insurance, financial guarantee). Our subscription to the GALIAN (Guarantee association of the Real estate) enables us to have a financial guarantee at a total value of 1.380.000 € making as safe as possible to reach end of transaction.

An accompaniment to final signature

Our mission is not limited to be intermediary between sellers and buyers. We accompany each of them in all stages of transaction to final signature. We write compromise of sale with constant concern to provide each part necessary guarantees. Then we accompany each part in administrative steps (notaries, geometricians, administrative authorization if necessary) and financial (search for financing,…) until signature of official sale act .
