Un domaine avec un potentiel de développement commercial et viticole important
This property includes 16 hectares of vines currently in production and an additional 10 hectares with planting potential. The varied terroirs are spread around a traditional winegrowing village. The estate produces a full range of wines under the Anjou and Saumur Brut appellations, tailored to market demand, thanks to its six grape varieties—primarily Cabernet Franc, Grolleau Noir, and Chenin Blanc.
The buildings are highly functional for winemaking and include a recently built tasting room, currently inactive. Basic vineyard equipment is available, and the winery is fairly well equipped. Stock levels are limited, mostly consisting of crop advances. A pair of autonomous, experienced employees manage both vineyard and cellar work in collaboration with the owner, who is also involved in other professional activities.
