The farm includes an area of ​​17ha 38a 95ca with 9ha 38a 44ca of vines classified as AOP BEAUJOLAIS ROUGE and AOP BEAUJOLAIS BLANC-CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE, the vines have been restructured with wide planting (2m*1.7) and grassed, 4ha 69a 62ca meadows and land, with the possibility of having additional areas for rental (approximately 10ha), 2ha 28a 40ca of coppiced wood with hardwoods and softwoods
The advantages of the operation:
The vineyard is easy to work with very little or no slope.
All of the plots are located within a radius of one km from the farm.
The plots of vines are in good condition, the vines are in good vigour. Very few missing.  The vines are all trellised (4 to 5 steel wires) with steel stakes in each row, steel and/or wooden stakes at the head, quality trellising, grassing 1 row out of 2.
All of the plots have been restructured into wide row spacings (250 to 280cm), with under-row spacings of 70 to 80cm. This makes it possible to mechanize all the plots, the latter having no or very few slopes. The vines are worked with traditional equipment, no need for a straddler.
