* Residential part:
Built in 1997, this 84 m² house comprises a kitchen, a large living room, a study, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. Heating by electric radiators and a wood-burning insert. There are roller blinds and double glazing. The indoor swimming pool, built in 2009, measures 4x8 m, with water heated, automatic water treatment and counter-current swimming, in a 100 m² room heated by a Godin wood-burning stove.
There are also two outdoor terraces of 29 m² for the house and 47 m² for the swimming pool.

* Production area 522 m² in total, including a winery built in 1996 divided into a 150 m² vat room and a 100 m² barrel store.
