Beautiful wine estate of around 28 ha South of Bordeaux

A family property since 1870, the approximately 28 hectares of production are divided between two appellations: 1.954 hectares in AOC Sauternes, 19.43 hectares in Bordeaux (16.86 hectares in red and 2.57 hectares in white) plus 3.4375 hectares of land to be planted with rights. It really took off in the 1950s.
In the mid-1970s, a very strong commitment to quality was undertaken by adopting very modern means of vinification and production. 
For the past 15 years, the owner has been committed to a policy of replanting with narrow, high density vines. The vineyard is managed with total respect for the environment and is now certified HVE3.  All this contributes to highlighting the prestigious terroirs of the vineyard and to producing wines of fine quality.
A stone house, in the purest Gironde tradition, offers 350 m² of living space. The living rooms, with parquet flooring and fireplace, are spacious and warm. The view over the park is unobstructed from the dining room.
Two employee accommodation units of 150 m² each to renovate complete the operating buildings.
