Vineyard of about 31,5ha in the Saint Emilion region

A 31,5ha vineyard, including 16,6ha of vines in production producing wines of 2 appellations  in the Saint Emilion region. The usual grape varieties of the region, merlot, cabernet and malbec, flourish on a clay-sand soil rich in iron, and benefit from a temperate oceanic climate. About 14,9ha of AOC land can be replanted.

The estate has all the infrastructure and equipment necessary for the production and elaboration of the wines. Several houses are located on the estate, which is itself close to shops and amenities.
