Beautiful wine estate of about 33 ha in AOC Côtes de Bourg. This family estate extends over several communes. The resulting diversity of terroirs is a major asset in the quality of the wines produced.

Planted on mostly clay-limestone soils, the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes are subject to sustainable agriculture with controlled yields. The southern exposure of the vineyard contributes to a good maturity of the grapes.

Rigour and passion are the spearheads of the current owners to produce quality wines. The proof is in the awards and good marks obtained for several years for their two vintages.

The property has all the necessary infrastructures for the elaboration of the wines, as well as a wine-producing equipment in very good condition.
A dwelling house of approximately 260 m² completes the landscape.
This estate is also suitable for any wine tourism activity. Two gîtes are already in operation in the vineyard.
