This discreet property in AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is composed of approximately 8 hectares of well maintained vines, planted at 6,000 plants per hectare with an average age of 45 years old.

The main chai has a capacity of 689 HL of stainless steel vats, 1,153 HL of cement vats and 51.50 HL of stainless steel "Garde vin".

The wines are aged in oak barrels and marketed by the property. There is a tasting room for the sale of the wine on site. The wines are highly appreciated and have received multiple medals and "Coups de Coeurs" from the Hachette guide.

Prices for sale to individuals are 12 euros for the Saint-Emilion and 18 euros for the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. 
Professional prices are approximately 7.5 euros and 11.50 euros. There is a Chateau trademark registered at INPI.

The property is self-contained with all its equipment, the a chai and a storage chai. It is also composed of a 140 m² house for a manager.
