42 HA WINE ESTATE IN AOP COTES DU RHONE

Situated on a hillside in the Côtes du Rhône appellation in the Gard region, this estate offers a number of assets, including a well-established range of wines and a long-standing, profitable business.

The main house stands at the entrance to a large enclosed courtyard and provides around 260 m² of living space. The housing also includes a spacious flat and a staff apartment.

The winery has a total capacity of around 4,000 hl, mainly in concrete vats with a few temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The winery is well equipped with its own bottling line.

The 42-hectare vineyard is farmed using traditional methods. The vines are well tended, using a very Rhône-based selection of Grenache and Syrah grapes. Almost the entire vineyard is classed AOP Côtes du Rhône, with a few plots classed Côtes du Rhône Villages and IGP.

The current owner has built up a strong marketing network in the region with a large proportion of direct sales.
