Vineyard estate of 14 ha in the heart of the AOC Côtes de Bourg

This 20-hectare estate, comprising 14 hectares of vines almost in a single block and 6 hectares of land and woodland, is located in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg appellation.

Red, rosé and crémant wines are produced on these 14 hectares, benefiting from the gentle estuary and south-south-west exposure. The blend is classic: 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec on clay-limestone soils.

Vinification is traditional: concrete vats, partly matured in barrels for 14 to 18 months on fine lees.

The estate has all the necessary buildings (around 700 m²): storage and conditioning cellars, vat room, barrel cellar, shed, offices, etc.In addition, there is a mansion of around 300 m² with a swimming pool (5x10 m) and a staff accommodation of around 132 m².

4 guest rooms (approx. 120 m²) with a summer dining room have helped to develop a wine tourism activity on site.

A number of registered trademarks, well-established marketing (private customers, hotels and restaurants, export, CE) and international recognition are all assets in acquiring this magnificent vineyard.
