This work tool in good condition has benefited from investment and regular profitability. The vineyards cover approximately 33ha, with additional plantable land, the main of which is grouped over a radius of 2 km. The main grape varieties are Cabernet Franc and Grolleau for 20ha, Chenin Blanc for 6ha, the balance Grolleau Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, etc. In accordance with the expectations of customers to resume, production is divided between Rosé, Red, White, and Sparkling (Crémant de Loire and Saumur Brut). The team to be taken includes 2 people in the vineyard, including a tractor driver one person follows the administrative part and c. The transferor takes care of the vinification part and the trade.
