EFFICIENT WORK UNIT IN THE TERRASSES DU LARZAC

Situated in the foothills of the Larzac, north-west of Montpellier, this impressive work unit is located in the heart of the AOP Terrasses du Larzac.

Built in 2008, the winery building was constructed from blocks of Gard stone. The winery was built partially underground and has been designed to receive the grapes by means of gravity. It is modern, functional and features high-performance equipment for the production of top-of-the-range wines.

The estate consists of 10.2 hectares of fully owned vineyards. The vineyard is laid out in several plots of land around the winery.

All the plots have been certified Organic since 2018 with the aim of maximising the potential that this high quality terroir has to offer in terms of wine expression.

The Terrasses du Larzac vineyards are distinguished by the cool temperatures that descend from the Larzac mountain plateau, which encourages slow and progressive ripening of the grapes, thus enhancing the aromatic complexity and freshness of the wines.
