The vineyard is located about 30 minutes from Montpellier in the heart of the AOP Terrasses du Larzac, near the emblematic villages of the appellation such as Montpeyroux, Arboras and Saint Saturnin.
The 7.8 hectare vineyard is made up of two plots of vines. The first plot of 4.7ha is situated on a limestone scree plateau at an altitude of approximately 330m. The temperature differences between day and night are significant owing to the cool air that descends from the Causse du Larzac.
Not far from the village of Montpeyroux, the second plot of 3.1ha is essentially made up of young vines planted on an old glacier terrace.
The grape varieties are high quality: 90% of the vineyard is planted with Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre.
A third of the vineyard has been renewed in the last 10 years and 61% of the vineyard is over 30 years old.
The vines are trellised and have been farmed organically since 2009.20 years of experience in the transaction of wine estates
