A 37 hectare vineyard in the Saint Emilion region producing wines of 3 appellations. The usual grape varieties of the region, merlot, cabernet and malbec, flourish on a clay-sand soil rich in iron, and benefit from a temperate oceanic climate.

The estate has all the infrastructure and equipment necessary for the production and elaboration of the wines. Several houses are located on the estate, which is itself close to shops and amenities.
