locate organic vineyard in Perigord

Hello, I am selling my organic wine estate in Perigord.Our company cultivates 7 ha plus 1.8 ha of table grapes in biodynamic farming.Our vineyard is in perfect working order, production and cellar equipment, everything is very well maintained.We have developed a bed and breakfast activity.The vines are very well tended, everything has been replanted in recent years.A large part of the vineyard is less than 10 years old.the sale is 80% in bottles.
